Crypto funds sent in breach of the applicable crypto deposit procedure may be placed in quarantine. This may happen when the following circumstances occur:
To obtain the return of crypto funds placed in quarantine, the client must provide Dukascopy with convincing evidences, based on the possible solutions provided by Dukascopy, that the wallet from which the funds were sent do actually belong to him/her.

For withdrawals from crypto-fundable trading accounts:

Les retraits ne sont traités que pendant les jours ouvrables dans le canton de Genève, en Suisse.
Dukascopy convertira le montant du retrait demandé en monnaie fiat en BTC, ETH ou USDT (selon le choix du client) à son propre taux de change. Les retraits sont soumis à une commission fixe conformément au tableau des frais.

Le client doit comprendre et accepter que le processus de retrait n'est pas instantané et que le taux de change fluctuera jusqu'à ce que Dukascopy ait finalisé la conversion.
