Log in to your Live Member Area, proceed to "Funds" section and open the Bitcoin deposit form. Indicate the amount you intend to deposit during your top-up.
Please note that the entered BTC deposit amount has to match exactly the sum of BTC Dukascopy will receive, otherwise your deposit is likely to be placed in quarantine.
Create the Bitcoin address for your deposit by clicking the "Generate a BTC deposit address" button.

After you've sent the announced amount of BTC to Dukascopy, return to the Bitcoin deposit form in the Live Member Area and provide the TXID (Transaction ID) of your payment operation. Note that the field for entering the TXID will appear in the Bitcoin deposit form only after the transaction will have been confirmed by the blockchain.
The transaction ID can be found with the help of any block explorer (for example, those are provided by Blockchain.com or Bitcoin.com)

The screenshot/-s should be provided via a dedicated support chat that can be opened following a link that you will find in the email.
If the checks listed in clause 4 are passed successfully and the provided screenshots are accepted as valid, the deposit is credited on the account.
An exception from the requirement to provide the transaction screenshot is possible in case if the transaction originates from the wallet address that the client declared as his/her withdrawal address and successfully verified it through the "Message signing" procedure.

Send the announced ETH amount from your crypto-wallet to the address you generated for your deposit.
The amount you announced during the deposit address creation can have a maximum of 8 decimals. Any leftover amounts exceeding this precision will not processed by the system.
Once the transaction is 12 blocks deep, your deposit via Ether will undergo a series of checks by Dukascopy, including:

Due to the intrinsic anonymity of crypto transactions, Dukascopy Bank places in quarantine all incoming Bitcoins/Ether/Tether when the following circumstances occur:

Dukascopy will convert into BTC (at its own BTC/USD rate), ETH (at its own ETH/USD rate) or UDST (at its own USDT/USD rate) the requested withdrawal amount indicated in the base currency of the account (USD). Withdrawals are subject to a flat commission in accordance with the Fee schedule.
Dukascopy sends the Bitcoins, Ether or Tether only to the wallet address (BTC, ETH or USDT) indicated by the client when opening its crypto-fundable trading account.
The client must understand and accept that the withdrawal process is not instant and that the BTC/USD, ETH/USD or USDT/USD exchange rate will fluctuate until Dukascopy completes the exchange.
Consequently, the client cannot predict the number of Bitcoins, Ether or Tether he/she will receive in his/her wallet pursuant the withdrawal
