Financiación de la cuenta en Crypto

Dukascopy Bank acepta criptoactivos como método de ingreso y retiro para cuentas de trading y como método de ingreso y retiro de inversiones para cuentas MCA (véase Entrega de inversiones y Depósito de inversión blockchain). La lista de criptoactivos aceptados incluye:

• Bitcoin (BTC).
• Ether (ETH).
• Tether (USDT) - sólo la versión ERC20 basada en la blockchain de Ethereum (token address).

• Términos y condiciones de las cuentas de trading

  Para los depósitos y retiros en criptomonedas en cuentas de trading, se aplican las siguientes condiciones:

  • La opción de ingresar o retirar fondos de las cuentas de negociación en Bitcoin, Ether o Tether solo está disponible para los clientes que hayan superado con éxito el procedimiento de declaración de direcciones de blockchain (véase firma de mensajes).
  • Deposits and withdrawals are only possible if the validity period of the external blockchain address that the client declared to Dukascopy has not expired (see message signing). Upon expiry, a repeated passing of the Message signing procedure is required to restore access to blockchain deposits/withdrawals.
  • Sin previo aviso a los clientes, los Bitcoins, Ether o Tether enviados por los clientes a Dukascopy Bank se convierten siempre en moneda fiat correspondiente a la moneda base de la cuenta de trading. El importe resultante de la conversión se acredita en moneda fiat en la cuenta de trading.
  • Al tramitar un retiro, el Banco carga un importe en moneda fiat de la cuenta de trading del cliente, convierte dicho importe en BTC, ETH o USDT (según la selección realizada en la solicitud de retiro) al tipo de cambio vigente y transfiere los Bitcoins/Ether/Tether a la dirección externa del blockchain que el cliente haya declarado a Dukascopy.
  • Withdrawals are only made to the blockchain wallet address declared by the client to Dukascopy.
  • Every deposit in Bitcoins, Ether and Tether must be made to the unique deposit address generated for the client by Dukascopy for every single transaction. Generated deposit addresses can only be used once. Repeated sending of crypto funds to a deposit address that has already been used may lead to a scrutiny and may potentially end up by making the funds unrecoverable to the clients.
  • Los depósitos en Bitcoin, Ether y Tether no se procesan de forma inmediata. El cliente debe aceptar el riesgo de pérdida derivado de las fluctuaciones del tipo de cambio entre el momento en que envía BTC, ETH o USDT a Dukascopy y el momento en que Dukascopy los convierte en moneda fiat. Del mismo modo, existirá un retraso entre el momento en que el cliente solicite un retiro en BTC (o ETH o USDT) y el momento en que Dukascopy envíe el BTC (o ETH o USDT) al cliente.

• Términos y condiciones de las cuentas MCA

  For MCA accounts investment funding/withdrawal in crypto, the following conditions apply:

  • The option to use crypto to open an investment position (more details) in Bitcoin, Ether or Tether is only available to clients that have successfully passed through the blockchain address declaration procedure (see message signing).
  • Los depósitos y retiradas en criptomonedas solo son posibles si el periodo de validez de la dirección externa del blockchain que el cliente ha declarado a Dukascopy no ha caducado (véase Firma de mensajes). Una vez caducado, es necesario volver a superar el procedimiento de firma de mensajes para restablecer el acceso a los depósitos y retiros en el blockchain.
  • Every incoming transfer in Bitcoins, Ether and Tether must be made to the unique deposit address generated for the client by Dukascopy for every single transaction. Generated deposit addresses can only be used once. Repeated sending of crypto funds to a deposit address that has already been used may lead to a scrutiny and may potentially end up by making the funds unrecoverable to the clients.

  • Delivery of the crypto investment position is always made to the blockchain wallet address declared by the client to Dukascopy.

• Financiar una cuenta a través de Bitcoins (BTC)

  The maximum precision of the Bitcoin deposit amount is 8 decimals.

  

  The transferred amount should match exactly the BTC deposit amount annonced (plus the micro-transaction part, if applicable). Any mismatch will trigger a scrutiny procedure and may end up with the deposit placed in quarantine.

  Accept the reminders in the form, announce the deposit source (Your declared address or Other address) on the 2^nd step of the form and generate the address for your deposit by clicking the “Generate Deposit Address” button.

  2. ENVIAR BITCOIN

  Send the exact Bitcoin amount indicated in the form from your crypto-wallet to the address generated for this deposit operation.

  3. Espere a que su depósito sea procesado

  Once the transaction is 6 blocks deep, your Bitcoin deposit will undergo a series of checks by Dukascopy, including:

  • Comparación del monto del depósito de Bitcoin anunciado con el recibido realmente.
  • Comparison of the announced deposit source address with the actual one.
  • Matching of the received amount of Bitcoins against the limits applicable to the account and other compliance considerations.

  4. Proporcione una captura de pantalla de la transacción.

  You will receive an email asking to provide a screenshot(s) of the executed transaction seen in your blockchain wallet.

  The screenshot(s) must necessarily contain personal information of the wallet holder (e.g. name/surname, email, address) and at least two of the following elements:

  • La dirección de la billetera a la que se enviaron las criptomonedas.
  • La dirección de la billetera desde la que se enviaron las criptomonedas.
  • El ID de transacción de blockchain.

  Send the screenshot(s) by replying to the received email, indicating your Dukascopy account number.

  Note that the deposit cannot be finalized until valid screenshots are provided.

  An exception from the requirement to provide transaction screenshot(s) is possible in case if the transaction originates from a wallet address for which a valid proof of client’s power of disposal (control) exists. I.e. either the address has been verified by “message signing” procedure or through “micro-transaction” method.

• Financiar una cuenta a través de Ether (ETH)

  El procedimiento que se describe más adelante se basa en los ejemplos de las cuentas de trading, pero, salvo en el paso 1, el proceso es idéntico para las cuentas MCA que utilizan criptomonedas como método de ingreso o retiro de fondos de inversión (los clientes de MCA acceden al formulario de ingreso desde la interfaz de MCA).

  Advertencia: es importante seguir estas instrucciones porque el Ether enviado incorrectamente será colocado en cuarentena y se aplicarán tarifas especiales. El cliente solo puede enviar Ether que le pertenece a Dukascopy.

  Accept the reminders in the form, announce the deposit source (Your declared address or Other address) on the 2nd step of the form and generate the address for your deposit by clicking the “Generate Deposit Address” button.

  2. Enviar Ether

  Send the exact Ether amount indicated in the form from your crypto-wallet to the address generated for this deposit operation.

  3. Espere a que su depósito sea procesado

  Una vez que la transacción haya alcanzado una profundidad de 12 bloques, tu depósito de Ether se someterá a una serie de controles por parte de Dukascopy, incluyendo:

• Financiamiento de la cuenta a través de Tether (USDT)

  El procedimiento que se describe más adelante se basa en los ejemplos de las cuentas de trading, pero, salvo en el paso 1, el proceso es idéntico para las cuentas MCA que utilizan criptomonedas como método de ingreso o retiro de fondos de inversión (los clientes de MCA acceden al formulario de ingreso desde la interfaz de MCA).

  Warning: it is important to follow these instructions because improperly sent Tether will be placed in quarantine and applied special fees. The client can send to Dukascopy only Tether belonging to him.

  Only one version of USDT token is accepted. It is the Tether ERC20 token based on the Ethereum (ETH) network (token address).

  All other USDT versions or its analogues will not be processed. For technical reasons such tokens may appear to be irrecoverable and you risk a complete loss of the wrong tokens sent. Dukascopy does not assume any responsibility for such an eventual loss.

  Log in to your Live Member Area, proceed to "Funds" section and open the Tether deposit form. Indicate the exact amount you intend to deposit during the operation.

  Send the exact Tether amount indicated in the form from your crypto-wallet to the address generated for this deposit operation.

  Once the transaction is 12 blocks deep, your Tether deposit will undergo a series of checks by Dukascopy, including:

• CUARENTENA

  Crypto funds sent in breach of the applicable crypto deposit procedure may be placed in quarantine. This may happen when the following circumstances occur:

  • Crypto funds were sent to an address that was already used;
  • The type of tokens sent does not correspond to the one for which the deposit address was created;
  • A wrong number of crypto tokens was sent to the deposit address (i.e. not corresponding to the expected one);
  • Dukascopy cannot accept the received crypto tokens for any other reason, e.g., if it has information suggesting that sent crypto funds belong to a third party;

  To obtain the return of crypto funds placed in quarantine, the client must provide Dukascopy with convincing evidences, based on the possible solutions provided by Dukascopy, that the wallet from which the funds were sent do actually belong to him/her.

• Retirar fondos en Bitcoins, Ether o Tether

  For withdrawals from crypto-fundable trading accounts:

  1. Hacer una solicitud de retirada

  Ingresa a tu Gabinete de Trader, ve a la sección «Fondos» y abre el formulario de retiro. Indica el importe que deseas retirar y confirma la operación.

  2. Espere a que su retirada sea procesada

  Los retiros se procesan solo durante los días hábiles en el cantón de Ginebra, Suiza.

  Dukascopy convertirá el importe solicitado para el retiro en moneda fiat a BTC, ETH o USDT (según la elección del cliente) a su propio tipo de cambio. Los retiros están sujetos a una comisión fija de acuerdo con la tabla de comisiones.

  Dukascopy will send the Bitcoins, Ether or Tether the blockchain wallet address declared by the client to Dukascopy.

  El cliente debe comprender y aceptar que el proceso de retiro no es instantáneo y que el tipo de cambio fluctuará hasta que Dukascopy complete la operación. Por consiguiente, el cliente no puede predecir la cantidad exacta de Bitcoins, Ether o Tether que recibirá en su billetera tras el retiro.
