EUR/GBP 4H Chart: Channel Up

The common Europan currency recently rebounded against all other majors. Due to that reason a review of the situation is required. First of the noticable trends is the Euro's ascending channel against the Sterling on the four hour chart. Although, on a larger scale the currency exchange rate is still in a descending channel patter, and the ascending channel is a representation of the pair's rebound against the larger pattern's lower trend line. It is most likely that the currency pair will soon reach the descending channel's resistance line and begin a decline from there. However, market participants are divided on the future outlook of the rate, as the SWFX market sentiment is almost neutral, with 51.51% of open positions being short.
