The Euro has been appreciating against the Czech koruna since the beginning of July when the currency pair reversed north from the lower boundary of the long-term descending channel at 25.42.
As apparent on the chart, the exchange rate is trading near the upper channel line at 25.83. From a theoretical point of view, it is likely, that a reversal south could occur in the nearest future, and the rate could continue to trade within the given channel.
However, if the given channel does not hold, it is expected, that a breakout north could occur within the following trading sessions. Important resistance level to look out for is the Fibonacci 23.60% retracement at 25.94.
