The US Dollar has been depreciating against the Israeli Shekel since the end of March when the exchange rate reversed from the upper boundary of the short-term descending channel at 3.6400.
Currently, the rate is testing the lower channel line located circa the 3.5750 mark. If the given trend holds, it is expected, that a reversal north occurs in the nearest future, and the currency pair targets the upper channel line located in the 3.6150/3.6250 range.
Otherwise, a breakout south occurs within the following trading sessions. A possible downside target is the psychological level at the 3.5400 mark.
