The short-term technical setup on the 4-hour chart strongly favors a bullish outlook, driven by recent price structure and trend indicators. After bouncing strongly off the 3950.00 baseline support, XAU/USD has produced a sequence of higher highs and higher lows accompanied by solid buying momentum. Furthermore, price is trading cleanly above the upward-sloping SMA, which reinforces near-term upside trajectory toward overhead technical targets.
