The US Dollar edged lower against the Canadian Dollar on Tuesday. The currency pair declined by about 46 basis points during yesterday's trading session.
As for the near future, the USD/CAD exchange rate will likely continue to fall until it reaches a support cluster formed by the weekly pivot point and the 200– hour simple moving average at 1.3285.
If the support cluster holds, a potential upside reversal could occur within this trading session.
However, if the currency exchange rate breaks the support line, the next target for bearish traders would be at the 1.3251 area.
