House prices in Australia accelerated at the strongest pace in almost three years in the first three month of this year, a report unveiled by the property research company RP Data-Rismark showed on Tuesday. The report said that dwelling values grew by 2.8% in the Q1 taking the cumulative capital advance to 4.7% since May 2012, while house prices rose 1.3% in March.
