The Walt Disney Company reported $94.4 billion in revenue for fiscal year 2025, up 3% from last year, with fourth-quarter revenue of $22.46 billion, similar to the previous year. Income before taxes rose to $12 billion for the year, up 59%, and doubled in the fourth quarter to $2.05 billion. Full-year earnings per share were $6.85, up from $2.72, and adjusted earnings per share increased 19% to $5.93. Total segment operating income was $17.55 billion for the year, up 12%, though fourth-quarter operating income fell 5% to $3.48 billion.



The Entertainment segment earned $42.47 billion in revenue, up 3% for the year, with operating income of $4.67 billion, up 19%. Fourth-quarter revenue was $10.21 billion, down 6%, and operating income dropped 35% to $691 million due to weaker Linear Networks and Content Sales, partly offset by growth in Disney+ and Hulu, which together reached 196 million subscribers. Sports operating income for the year was $2.88 billion, up 20%, with Q4 income slightly lower at $911 million. Parks and Experiences earned $9.99 billion in operating income for the year, up 8%, and $1.88 billion in the fourth quarter, up 13%, driven by both domestic and international Parks.

Disney generated $18.1 billion in cash from operations and $10.08 billion in free cash flow. The company plans $9 billion in capital spending, $7 billion in share buybacks, and a $1.50 per share dividend. Disney expects double-digit earnings growth in FY26 and FY27, continued growth in streaming, and strong performance in Parks and Experiences. CEO Robert Iger said the company is focused on using its creative assets and direct-to-consumer businesses to grow and return value to shareholders.
