The Euro traded sideways against the US Dollar, following the US ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI survey results release on Monday at 14:00 GMT. The EUR/USD exchange currency rate lost 8 pips or 0.07% after the release. The Euro continued trading at the 1.1315 level against the Greenback after the release.
The Institute for Supply Management released the US ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI survey results, which came out better-than-expected of 57.1 compared with the forecast of 50.0.
Anthony Nieves, the Chair of the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) Non-Manufacturing Business Survey Committee commented on the release: "Respondents remain concerned about the coronavirus and the more recent civil unrest; however, they are cautiously optimistic about business conditions and the economy as businesses are beginning to reopen."
