Tesla is set to reveal results on October 23

Upcoming earnings for Q3 release on the 23rd could bring crucial guidance and overall results from TESLA and Elon Musk. Future plans and execution regarding Robotaxis and Gigafactories for electric semis should be closer than ever, otherwise the market won't continue to provide TSLA with capital.

Although EV deliveries increase, there is a chance that TESLA itself leaves the probability that revenue from EV will decrease in near term. Cash flow statements suggest that currently, TESLA is undergoing structural diversification to create various stable revenue streams. As well as, operating costs have seen steadily increases. Mainly increases can be attributes to AI initiatives, which are in development stage and can have a significant impact on the returns.

Currently, the stock has underperformed against the market, and, on the year, stock performance can be considered flat. However, TSLA stock has always been more volatile than the market on the smaller time frames, which is creating a great trading opportunity, whether it is a long or a short trade. Bear in mind that EPS release dates create higher levels of volatility for the Magnificent Seven group.
