Dukascopy Bank SA is committed to continually improving client value and satisfaction. As part of our efforts, withdrawal fees for two of the most popular currencies, EUR and USD, have been reduced. Moreover, to offer our clients more choice and flexibility, we have introduced the SHA commission for USD, GBP, SGD, ILS, PLN, and HKD currencies. These improvements allow Dukascopy’s clients to choose the most suitable option for their needs.
What is the difference between SHA and OUR commissions?

SHA commission means that the sender pays only Dukascopy Bank's commission, and the recipient may receive the amount of transfer less receiver's correspondent bank charges.

OUR commission means that the sender pays all the charges, and the recipient (in most cases) receives the exact amount of the transfer.
