The New Zealand Dollar has declined by 81 pips or 0.88% against the Canadian Dollar since last week's trading sessions. The currency pair tested the lower boundary of a six-week ascending channel pattern at 0.9075 during the Asian session on Friday.
If the lower line of the six weeks ascending channel pattern holds, bullish traders could continue to drive the NZD/CAD exchange rate higher during next week's trading sessions.
However, if a breakout occurs, a decline towards the 200– period simple moving average at 0.8937 could be expected in the nearest future.
