Pair's Outlook
The US Dollar continued to retreat against the Canadian Dollar by mid-day on Tuesday, as the currency exchange rate fell below the 1.34 mark. The fall began on Friday, when the currency pair made a second attempt to break through the strong support cluster above it located from 1.3561 to 1.3599. The attempt failed and the pair began to fall. Although the daily aggregate technical indicators forecast a surge of the rate, there are no support levels below it until the 1.3325 level.

Traders' Sentiment
Traders have decreased their bearish outlook and almost become neutral, as 52% of open positions were short on Tuesday. However, 57% of pending commands were to sell the Greenback, compared to 52% on Monday.
