Crude oil futures moved up at Asian session

Crude oil futures advanced at Asian session on Friday amid broadly lower US Dollar. Japan's housing starts increased by 7.5% last month

Japan's housing starts soared by 7.5% in February on an annualized rate, indicating the first increase in the last six months. US economic growth in Q4 remained unrevised at 3%

The economy of the US expanded in compliance with expectations in the last quarter of 2011, being remained unchanged from the preliminary reading, reported the Bureau of Economic Analysis. Japanese industrial output fell by 1.2% in February

Japan's industrial production declined by 1.2% in February on a monthly basis, indicating the first decrease in the last three months. Experts predicted a 1.3% increase in the industrial output. However, the industrial production increased by 1.5% on an annual basis last month. US markets mostly lower on Thursday

US shares close mostly into negative area on Thursday as data showed jobless claims dropped at slower pace than expected. Japan's jobless rate declined to 4.5% in February

Index measuring consumer and executive sentiment edged down from a reviewed 94.5 in February to 94.4 in March.
