Libya seeks EU help in handling migrants

Lybia requested the EU to provide ships and radars for the purpose of preventing the migrants from crossing the Mediterranean illegally. The EU foreign ministers are expected to review the inquiry on Monday, but not all requests are to be met.

Islamic State claims responsibility for attack on Damascus

On Thursday, the Islamic State reported in its online newspaper al-Nabaa that it was responsible for two suicide bomber attacks in Damascus back on March 15, which claimed the lives of more than 31 people.
