Euro zone GDP grows 0.3% in Q2

The Euro zone's economy expanded 0.3% on a seasonally adjusted basis in the Q2, down from last quarter's 0.6% hike, but in line with analysts' expectations. On an annual basis, the region's GDP grew 1.6%, meeting projections. After the release, the Euro was trading at 1.1163 against the US Dollar, 115.40 against the Japanese Yen and 0.8370 against the British Pound on the LSE.
