Dollar drops against Yen on speculation about Fed's rate policy

The U.S. Dollar dropped against the Yen for a second consecutive day as investors speculated that the Fed will not increase rates after unwinding of the QE. The Greenback slid 0.2% to 99.44 Yen so far today after touching 99.15, the lowest point since July 17. The currency was virtually unchanged against the Euro and traded at $1.3196 after it slid to $1.3218 yesterday.
