Non-farm productivity in U.S. revised up in Q2
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
reported that productivity in non-farm business sector increased by
2.2% on a seasonally adjusted basis in the second quarter, which is more than an estimate of 1.6%. Analysts expected that the revised
figure would be 1.8%. Following the release of the data, the
Greenback was lower versus the Euro, gaining 0.2% and was traded at
1.2592.
