McDonald's reported global sales of over $36 billion for the third quarter of 2025, up 8% from last year, or 6% in constant currency. Comparable sales increased 3.6% globally, with growth across all segments, led by Australia, Germany, and Japan. Revenue rose 3% to $7.1 billion, operating income increased 5% to $3.4 billion, and net income grew 1% to $2.3 billion. Diluted earnings per share were $3.18, up 2% from a year earlier. Loyalty program sales reached $9 billion for the quarter and $34 billion over the past year. Franchised restaurant revenue rose 7%, while company-operated sales declined 3%. Excluding restructuring charges, adjusted EPS was flat at $3.22, down 1% in constant currency.



CEO Chris Kempczinski said the results show McDonald's continued ability to deliver sustainable growth through value, innovation, and marketing.
