PepsiCo reported Q3 2025 results with net revenue up 2.6% for the quarter and 0.8% year-to-date. GAAP EPS fell 11% to $1.90 in Q3 and 29% YTD to $4.15, while foreign exchange had a minor positive impact in Q3 but a negative YTD effect. On a non-GAAP basis, organic revenue rose 1.3% in Q3 and 1.5% YTD, with core EPS at $2.29 and $5.88 respectively. Core constant currency EPS declined 2% in Q3 and 3.5% YTD.

CEO Ramon Laguarta emphasized strong international performance and improved North America beverage momentum. PepsiCo reaffirmed its 2025 guidance, expecting low-single-digit organic revenue growth and flat core constant currency EPS versus 2024. The full-year outlook improved slightly due to a more favorable foreign exchange environment, now forecasting a 0.5% decline in core EPS instead of the previously expected 1.5% drop. Total 2025 cash returns to shareholders remain at $8.6 billion.
