U.S. stock markets turned bearish on Monday
The U.S. stocks were under
pressure on Monday, August 13, after five-week rally, as Japan's fundamentals worsened,
with GDP adding only 0.3 per cent in the second quarter. The Dow Jones
Industrial Average erased 0.5%, to 13,147; the Standard & Poor 500 Index
dropped 0.4% to 1,399.63, and the Nasdaq Composite tumbled 0.5%, to 3,007.6.
