Cuban Constitution referendum angers intellectuals

As Cuban lawmakers have approved the draft of the new country's constitution, it is still set to be voted upon in a referendum. Meanwhile, Reuters reported that the intellectuals of the country are protesting the referendum, stating that it is a too complicated matter for a popular vote.
