Fed may keep policy unchanged until 2017

The U.S. Federal Reserve is likely to maintain its current monetary policy and the level of quantitative easing unchanged until the second half of 2015 and it should keep the level of borrowing costs below normal levels into 2017, John William from the San Francisco Federal Reserve said on Thursday. The Fed's official also said that the rates should maintain below a level of 3% until 2016.
