Asian gauges fall as manufacturing in China slows down

Stock-indexes in Asia recorded declined on Monday with the regional gauge falling to the lowest level in three months as manufacturing in China declined last month and before tomorrow's policy meeting of the U.S. Fed.  Japan's Topix fell 1.3%, the Australia's S&P/ASX 200 Index slipped 0.2%, the New Zealand's NZX Index added 0.4%, the Hang Seng Index shed 0.5% and the Hang Send China Enterprises Index tumbled 0.9%.
