Swedbank to Cut 500 Jobs, 100 in Baltics
As part of a broader realignment within the financial sector, Swedbank Group intends to trim its global head count by about 500 employees. Approximately 100 of these reductions will affect the Baltic operations, which currently staff over 6,000 people. Swedbank Estonia board chairman Olavi Lepp attributed the decision to ongoing organizational changes after a period of robust profitability driven by
