Farm commodities, except for coffee, rallied on Friday as drought in the US continued. Meanwhile, dry weather in Russia has already curbed output. From the demand side, easing speculation lifted the commodity group.

Wheat climbed as drought in the US and Russia weights down on global output. Speculation that Russia may impose export restrictions after International Grain Council cut its output estimate boosted wheat futures.

Corn was the top-performer, jumping 2.19% as dry and hot weather in the Midwest of the US continued to curb production of the world's top-grower.

Sugar was almost unchanged amid speculation that drier weather in Brazil will accelerate harvesting.

Coffee was the only loser as weather conditions in Brazil improved, lifting coffee supply outlook for the current marketing season.
