Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee is responsible for making decisions about Bank Rate.
BoE's Monetary Policy Summary and minutes of the Monetary Policy Committee meeting will be published on 21 June 2018 at 11 GMT in next 1 hour 49 minutes.
Growth in the Uk is low, inflation relatively high and it is already over the target range of 2 %. Recently the inflation rate is slightly lower than expectations.
As consequence the bank of England will not be in hurry to increase rates.
One can confirm the bearish bias on GBPUSD's 4H TF chart -
