Right now - Betting markets are offering these odds for upcoming FOMC Meeting Minutes-



I will show how to get the approximate probabilities (in percentage) from these betting odds -

Probability of rate hike in March Fed meeting = 34%

Probability of no rate hike in March Fed meeting = 69%

Probability of rate cut in March Fed meeting = 3%

You will notice that 34+69+3 exceeds more than 100.
That is done on purpose to account for juice/vigor by betting companies - it is to balance their odds.
