The single European currency appreciated about 90 base points against the Japanese Yen on Monday. However, after hitting the 130.20 level, the currency pair made a U-turn south.
Today's session begins with a bearish momentum and by the middle of Tuesday's trading session, the exchange rate has plunged by 0.59% of its values. Currently, the EUR/JPY pair is moving towards a swing low level at the 128.33 regions.
Although, a support level formed by the weekly S1 at 128.51 could hinder the currency exchange rate from taking out the swing low as mentioned earlier during the following trading session.
