The European Single Currency depreciated against the US Dollar, following the US ISM Manufacturing PMI release on Tuesday at 14:00 GMT. The EUR/USD exchange currency rate lost 13 pips or 0.11% during a couple of minutes after the release. The European Single Currency recover itself after the release and recovered to continue trading at the 1.1545 area.
The Institute for Supply Management released ISM Manufacturing PMI data, which came better-than-expected of 61.3 with forecasted 57.6.
Timothy Fiore, the Chair of the ISM Manufacturing Business Survey Committee says: "Export orders expanded at stable levels. Prices pressure continues, but the index softened for the third straight month and remains above 70. Demand is still robust, but the nation's employment resources and supply chains continue to struggle".
