Oil prices tumble on coronavirus spread

During Monday, February 24, oil prices tumbled by around 5%.  

Most likely, the drop was driven by the fast spread of the coronavirus in countries outside China, as investors became concerned about the demand for crude oil.

US 30 Index lost 16% on coronavirus

The US 30 Index depreciated actively from Wednesday, February 19 until Friday, February 27. The index lost 16%.

Japanese Yen dropped 0.93%

During Wednesday, February 19, the Japanese Yen depreciated 0.93% or 103 pips against the US Dollar. Note that the Yen depreciated against other major currencies as well.
