Swedish CB cuts rates amid low inflation

The central bank of Sweden decided to decrease the main interest rate after the meeting on Thursday, pointing on a quite high deflation probability in the biggest economy of Scandinavia, despite an advance in economic activity. The Rijksbank trimmed the key rate to 0.25% versus previous 0.75%. However, economists predicted a slower decline in the rate of 25 basis points to 0.5%.
