Approvvigionamento del conto in Cryptovaluta

Dukascopy Bank accetta criptovalute come metodo di finanziamento e prelievo per i conti di trading e come metodo di finanziamento/prelievo per investimenti per i conti MCA (vedi Consegna investimenti e Deposito investimenti blockchain). L'elenco delle criptovalute accettate include:

• Bitcoin (BTC).
• Ether (ETH).
• Tether (USDT) - solo la versione ERC20 basata sulla blockchain di Ethereum (token address).

• Termini e condizioni per i conti di trading

  Per i depositi e i prelievi sui conti di trading in criptovalute, si applicano le seguenti condizioni:

  • L'opzione di depositare o prelevare fondi da/verso conti di trading in Bitcoin, Ether o Tether è disponibile solo per i clienti che hanno completato con successo la procedura di dichiarazione dell'indirizzo blockchain (vedi firma del messaggio).
  • Deposits and withdrawals are only possible if the validity period of the external blockchain address that the client declared to Dukascopy has not expired (see message signing). Upon expiry, a repeated passing of the Message signing procedure is required to restore access to blockchain deposits/withdrawals.
  • Senza ulteriore preavviso ai clienti, i Bitcoin, Ether o Tether inviati dai clienti a Dukascopy Bank vengono sempre convertiti in valuta fiat corrispondente alla valuta base del conto di trading. Il ricavato della conversione viene accreditato in valuta fiat sul conto di trading.
  • Quando si elabora un prelievo, la Banca addebita un importo in valuta fiat dal conto di trading del cliente, converte tale importo in BTC, ETH o USDT (a seconda della selezione effettuata nella richiesta di prelievo) al tasso di cambio corrente e trasferisce i Bitcoin/Ether/Tether all'indirizzo blockchain esterno che il cliente ha dichiarato a Dukascopy.
  • Withdrawals are only made to the blockchain wallet address declared by the client to Dukascopy.
  • Every deposit in Bitcoins, Ether and Tether must be made to the unique deposit address generated for the client by Dukascopy for every single transaction. Generated deposit addresses can only be used once. Repeated sending of crypto funds to a deposit address that has already been used may lead to a scrutiny and may potentially end up by making the funds unrecoverable to the clients.
  • I depositi in Bitcoin, Ether e Tether non vengono elaborati istantaneamente. Il cliente deve accettare il rischio di perdita dovuto alle fluttuazioni del tasso di cambio tra il momento in cui invia BTC, ETH o USDT a Dukascopy e il momento in cui questi vengono convertiti in valuta fiat da Dukascopy. Allo stesso modo, si verificherà un ritardo tra il momento in cui il cliente richiede un prelievo in BTC (o ETH o USDT) e il momento in cui i BTC (o ETH o USDT) vengono inviati al cliente da Dukascopy.
  • Depositi e prelievi in Bitcoin, Ether ed Tether vengono elaborati solo durante i giorni lavorativi (nel Canton di Ginevra, Svizzera).

• Termini e condizioni per i conti MCA

  For MCA accounts investment funding/withdrawal in crypto, the following conditions apply:

  • The option to use crypto to open an investment position (more details) in Bitcoin, Ether or Tether is only available to clients that have successfully passed through the blockchain address declaration procedure (see message signing).
  • Depositi e prelievi in ​​criptovalute sono possibili solo se il periodo di validità dell'indirizzo blockchain esterno dichiarato dal client a Dukascopy non è scaduto (vedi Firma del messaggio).   • La criptovaluta inviata dal cliente all'indirizzo di deposito generato da Dukascopy viene automaticamente convertita nella valuta di riferimento dell'investimento del conto e un investimento in BTC, ETH o USDT viene automaticamente acquistato subito dopo (si applicano le commissioni standard per l'acquisto dell'investimento).
  • Delivery of the crypto investment position is always made to the blockchain wallet address declared by the client to Dukascopy.

• Approvvigionamento di un conto tramite Bitcoin (BTC)

  La procedura descritta di seguito si basa sugli esempi relativi ai conti di trading, ma, fatta eccezione per il passaggio 1, il processo è altrimenti identico per i conti MCA che utilizzano criptovalute come metodo di finanziamento/prelievo (i clienti MCA avviano il modulo di deposito dall'interfaccia MCA).

  Attenzione: è importante seguire queste istruzioni perché i Bitcoin inviati in modo improprio verranno messi in quarantena e verranno applicate commissioni addizionali . Il cliente può inviare a Dukascopy solo i Bitcoin che gli appartengono.

  1. GENERARE UN INDIRIZZO (ADDRESS) DEPOSITO

  Accedi alla tua Area Cliente Live , vai a " Fondi "e apri il modulo di deposito Bitcoin. Indica l'importo che intendi depositare.

  The maximum precision of the Bitcoin deposit amount is 8 decimals.

  

  The transferred amount should match exactly the BTC deposit amount annonced (plus the micro-transaction part, if applicable). Any mismatch will trigger a scrutiny procedure and may end up with the deposit placed in quarantine.

  Accept the reminders in the form, announce the deposit source (Your declared address or Other address) on the 2^nd step of the form and generate the address for your deposit by clicking the “Generate Deposit Address” button.

  2. INVIA BITCOIN

  Send the exact Bitcoin amount indicated in the form from your crypto-wallet to the address generated for this deposit operation.

  3. Attendi che il tuo deposito venga elaborato

  Once the transaction is 6 blocks deep, your Bitcoin deposit will undergo a series of checks by Dukascopy, including:

  • Confronto dell'importo del deposito Bitcoin annunciato con quello effettivamente ricevuto.
  • Comparison of the announced deposit source address with the actual one.
  • Matching of the received amount of Bitcoins against the limits applicable to the account and other compliance considerations.

  4. Fornisci per favore uno screenshot della transazione

  You will receive an email asking to provide a screenshot(s) of the executed transaction seen in your blockchain wallet.

  The screenshot(s) must necessarily contain personal information of the wallet holder (e.g. name/surname, email, address) and at least two of the following elements:

  • Importo e orario della transazione.
  • L'indirizzo del portafoglio a cui sono stati inviati i fondi crittografici.
  • L'indirizzo del portafoglio da cui sono stati inviati i fondi crittografici.
  • L'ID della transazione blockchain.

  Send the screenshot(s) by replying to the received email, indicating your Dukascopy account number.

  Note that the deposit cannot be finalized until valid screenshots are provided.

  An exception from the requirement to provide transaction screenshot(s) is possible in case if the transaction originates from a wallet address for which a valid proof of client’s power of disposal (control) exists. I.e. either the address has been verified by “message signing” procedure or through “micro-transaction” method.

• Approvvigionamento di un conto tramite Ether (ETH)

  La procedura descritta di seguito si basa sugli esempi relativi ai conti di trading, ma, fatta eccezione per il passaggio 1, il processo è altrimenti identico per i conti MCA che utilizzano criptovalute come metodo di finanziamento/prelievo (i clienti MCA avviano il modulo di deposito dall'interfaccia MCA).

  Attenzione: è importante seguire queste istruzioni perché Ether inviato in modo improprio verrà messo in quarantena e verranno applicate commisioni addizionali . Il cliente può inviare a Dukascopy solo Ether di sua proprietà.

  L'importo ETH può essere indicato con precisione fino a 8 decimali.

  

  The transferred amount should match exactly the ETH deposit amount annonced (plus the micro-transaction part, if applicable). Any mismatch will trigger a scrutiny procedure and may end up with the deposit placed in quarantine.

  Accept the reminders in the form, announce the deposit source (Your declared address or Other address) on the 2nd step of the form and generate the address for your deposit by clicking the “Generate Deposit Address” button.

  2. Invia Ether

  Send the exact Ether amount indicated in the form from your crypto-wallet to the address generated for this deposit operation.

  3. Attendi che il tuo deposito venga elaborato

  Una volta che la transazione ha raggiunto i 12 blocchi di profondità, il tuo deposito di Ether verrà sottoposto a una serie di controlli da parte di Dukascopy, tra cui:

• Finanziamento del conto tramite Tether (USDT)

  La procedura descritta di seguito si basa sugli esempi relativi ai conti di trading, ma, fatta eccezione per il passaggio 1, il processo è altrimenti identico per i conti MCA che utilizzano criptovalute come metodo di finanziamento/prelievo (i clienti MCA avviano il modulo di deposito dall'interfaccia MCA).

  Attenzione: è importante seguire queste istruzioni perché il Tether inviato in modo improprio verrà messo in quarantena e verranno applicate commissioni speciali . Il cliente può inviare a Dukascopy solo Tether di sua proprietà.

  Only one version of USDT token is accepted. It is the Tether ERC20 token based on the Ethereum (ETH) network (token address).

  All other USDT versions or its analogues will not be processed. For technical reasons such tokens may appear to be irrecoverable and you risk a complete loss of the wrong tokens sent. Dukascopy does not assume any responsibility for such an eventual loss.

  2. Invia Tether

  Send the exact Tether amount indicated in the form from your crypto-wallet to the address generated for this deposit operation.

  3. Attendi che il tuo deposito venga elaborato

  Una volta che la transazione è profonda 12 blocchi, il tuo deposito tramite Tether sarà sottoposto a una serie di controlli da parte di Dukascopy, tra cui:

• QUARANTENA

  Crypto funds sent in breach of the applicable crypto deposit procedure may be placed in quarantine. This may happen when the following circumstances occur:

  • Crypto funds were sent to an address that was already used;
  • The type of tokens sent does not correspond to the one for which the deposit address was created;
  • A wrong number of crypto tokens was sent to the deposit address (i.e. not corresponding to the expected one);
  • Dukascopy cannot accept the received crypto tokens for any other reason, e.g., if it has information suggesting that sent crypto funds belong to a third party;

  To obtain the return of crypto funds placed in quarantine, the client must provide Dukascopy with convincing evidences, based on the possible solutions provided by Dukascopy, that the wallet from which the funds were sent do actually belong to him/her.

  Attenzione! Crypto maintenance fees apply to crypto tokens placed in quarantine.

• Prelevare fondi in Bitcoin, Ether o Tether

  For withdrawals from crypto-fundable trading accounts:

  1.Fai una richiesta di prelievo

  Accedi alla tua Area Riservata, vai alla sezione "Fondi" e apri il modulo di prelievo. Indica l'importo del prelievo desiderato e conferma l'operazione.

  2. Attendi l'elaborazione del prelievo

  I prelievi vengono eseguiti solamente nei giorni lavorativi del Cantone di Ginevra, in Svizzera.

  Dukascopy convertirà l'importo del prelievo richiesto in valuta fiat in BTC, ETH o UDST (a seconda della scelta del cliente) al proprio tasso di cambio. I prelievi sono soggetti a una commissione fissa in conformità con il tariffario.

  Dukascopy will send the Bitcoins, Ether or Tether the blockchain wallet address declared by the client to Dukascopy.

  Il cliente deve comprendere e accettare che il processo di prelievo non è istantaneo e che il tasso di cambio fluttuerà fino al completamento della transazione da parte di Dukascopy. Di conseguenza, il cliente non può prevedere l'importo esatto di Bitcoin, Ether o Tether che riceverà nel proprio portafoglio a seguito del prelievo.
