In Europe, the annual core inflation is an indicator on which we shall exclude volatile prices of food, energy, tobacco, alcohol and so on. As usual, the ECB looks in its policy decisions, and it was also confirmed at 1.3% in December 2019 (it remains unchanged). I think the new reading will not be higher and some experts let us understand that it will be unchanged or less than the previous. By this way, I suggest that another bullish impact could be seen.
In Eurozone, the inflation rate advanced by 1.3% YoY in December 2019. It's expected to record the same result as the recent 1.3%.
Considering the core inflation rate which advanced by 1.3% and it's expected to increase to 1.5%.
Bullish for EUR/USD.
