I am convinced that impact will be bearish. CPI measures consumer inflation rate thus if I look at previous raw number it tells me how much pound inflates (looses value) against goods.

Previously it loost 2.8% a month according to estimation GBP lost 2.7 % of it value last month. If it is not enough UK government target for overall inflation rate is 2% and the main component for its calculation the CPI is 2.8% and now should be 2.7% ...

Seriously who consider something I mean anything that looses 2.7% - 2.8% monthly of its value a good asset?

Certainly more relevancy to this survey - medium significance.

Certainly last months report was bullish but it had a negative view on the German economic statistics which in light of recent economics data proved that Germany is doing better than earlier anticipated.

"ignoring" poor data from US and China, a stronger Japanese outlook should indicate a positive survey.

I expect a bearish move as I don't see the figures improving much, and will stay in negative territory, the euro has gained against the usd off late on mediocre but slightly positive news, but I feel it has run it's course and will only strengthen on real positive news from now on, which I don't see happening here.
