Participants agree that the content and personal data submitted during and after their registration to the Dukascopy Forex community may be stored and used by Dukascopy Bank SA and/or its affiliates (the "Dukascopy Group") without prior or anterior notice to the author, free of charge or royalties, and for an unlimited period of time. Dukascopy Group reserves the right to translate, recompile, edit, otherwise modify and use the submitted content or its parts in other compositions, leaving the mentioning of the author at the sole discretion of the Dukascopy Group. Participants waive and transfer to Dukascopy Group all rights related to the submitted content. Participants agree that the posted content and the disclosed personal data will be available publicly. Dukascopy Group does not assume responsibility for the integrity of the data and/or content submitted, and cannot guarantee that it will not be used by third parties.

Participants acknowledge that the Dukascopy Group will not tolerate pornography or sexually explicit content; racism or any other form of discrimination; hate speeches; shocking and/or disgusting content; unlawful acts; infringements of intellectual property; harassment or threats; violation of privacy; or other forms of offensive content in the articles submitted by Participants. The use of such prohibited content by a participant may lead to removal of the articles, suspension of his account in the Dukascopy Forex Community, and his disqualification from any prizes he might be otherwise eligible for, at the sole discretion of the Dukascopy Group. The Dukascopy Group expressly distances itself from any prohibited or abusive content posted by participants.
