You don't have to deposit your own money before you can deposit your contest prize money.
You will be able to trade with as little as $50, which is less than the minimum prize awarded in any contest at this point.
There is no minimum requirement. If You will win in Poker $5, You will get real account. But You can not trade it because You need at least 100 CHF of equity on the account to maintain it active and tradeble.
That's for Trader Contest only. Otherwise, I think the minimum requirement is $100.
