I came today at this while doing some research, and I thought to put these words here since they are the best way to express what I did this week, and what maybe other people could be doing or already did, or will eventually do in the future.

The way the market seemed to you was actually the way you created it in your own mind. Out of all the available choices and alternate ways of considering the possibilities, you choose one particular way. Your own mental framework locked you into that losing trade. The unique way you define a loss and what it means to you is a component part of your psychological makeup. Your beliefs will interact with your perception of environmental information to form the particular way you pick and choose whatever information you happen to focus your attention on. The market has nothing to do with this process, even though that is where the information is coming from.
