Bulls continue their dominance over the USD/CAD pair. As shown on the chart, the US Dollar has remained stable and gradually moving north against the Canadian Dollar.
However, after hitting the weekly resistance at 1.2995 the currency pair made a U-turn south and could be heading for a re-test of the lower boundary of a junior pattern.
Two scenarios are likely to happen during the next 24 hours. First, if the pair breach the bottom border of the junior channel, it could encounter support at either the 55- or the 100– hour SMAs. Second, a reverse north is likely if the support line is able to hold.
