On Friday morning the currency exchange rate resumed trading at yesterday's ending level, and the rate had surged to 1.3171 by 11:00 GMT. In addition, daily aggregate technical indicators forecast a surge for the pair today. However, during the first half of the trading session, the pair had fluctuated between 1.3133 and 1.3187.
