The New Zealand Dollar continues its smooth journey in a descending channel pattern against the US Dollar. The currency pair breached the monthly support level at 0.6703 during the US trading session on Monday.
By the middle of Tuesday session, the exchange rate made a U-turn from the aforementioned support level and tested a resistance formed by the 55-hour simple moving average located near the 0.6744 mark.
By and large, bears are likely going to continue their dominance in the market over the currency exchange rate during the following trading sessions.
