Asia's stocks drop before Communists Party policy meeting

Asia's equities declined on Tuesday prolonging its losing streak to four days before a policy meeting of the Chinese Communists Party giving a clue of the next decade's economic agenda of the country. The MSCI broadest Asia-Pacific gauge outside Japan slipped 0.1%, while the Honk Kong's HIS gauge dipped 0.8% after the new banking lending in China hit a 10-month low in October.
