I had 3 trades in the 18. novembre where the TP didn't trigger. I saw live that price (overpassed my TP) and bid or ask was ok with my Tp.
My trade concerne. Usd/JPy : Gbp/Nzd & Eur/Nzd for the 18 novembre 2018.
Where can i find help for this ?

DEMO-environment is used to test new features before it comes to LIVE. It happens that we find some bugs in this environment during testing. We have found and fixed the issue you have mentioned above on November, 18th approximately at 8:25 GMT.
