1. Check strategy log for any errors that may cause your strategy to stop. You can access strategy log from JForex platform for Strategy Contest via Portfolio -> Strategy Log menu, then click on appropriate StrategyName/StartTime table row and then View Log button.
2. Backtest your strategy to see if you can replicate the behavior. If so, you can then debug and upgrade the strategy.
3. If there are no errors in the strategy log and backtest works as it should, then send a detailed report to Strategy Contest support: [email protected]
