If You will look through The Rules of the Trader Contest carefully, You will certainly find there the clause 2 of Trading Rules paragraph which will give the clear answer on Your question.
This is due to the fact that you can only use JForex platform for the contest. Possibly, Dukascopy will make the contest available on other platforms in the near future.
I am able to login comfortably without any error for the past 2 months on my samsung Tab3. Anyways what is the error message you are getting? did you check your login and password properly? does your handset meet the minimum requirement to run the platform on your mobile?
Theres a Link for the JForex Demo, so Im not sure its the same Software used for Real Trading or even Demo Accounts. Maybe the Demo of the Contest is a Diferent Platform. Anyway,I never tried, but since the Contest Demo has a Link for it, maybe you can run both JForex Real and Contest on same PC, what means theyre diferent Software, and iPad is for the same Software you download on Demo´s of 15 Days.
