As you might have noticed, the September contest started with the long-promised amendments in the rules. The weight of the Dukascopy points has been decreased from 100 to 50 points and it now includes a 5th parameter - Win/Loss ratio.
Besides, the minimal trading lot it now limited to 100,000 currency units. To learn more about the updates please refer to the rules.
New consolidated statistics are now available on the Trader contest participants. A new tab has been added to the "Contest standings
" sections, which now shows the ranking of participants by average EOM (End-of-month) equity, Min and Max equity throughout all the history of their participation in the competition.
Please find the endnote and the final standings in the Contest results section. Note that 2 participants have received additioinal bonus points.
Yesterday, due to a technical issue during a scheduled update an unplanned change was done to the Dukascopy points’ calculation procedure. Because of this unintentional mistake some traders were shifted up/down from their original positions, which created a lot of confusion.
Understanding the impermissible nature of such changes during the last days of the contest month we are restoring the calculation methodology to its initial state, as of July 28th, before the update.
We apologize for the confusion this situation might have created.

Updated contest standings design. Now the section also features 2 additional tabs: Leaders by points collected in all contest months and by total $ prizes won.
Traders can now subscribe to their favourite contestants. The respective buttons can be found in the "Members" registry and will be soon added to profile pages.
The results of the June contest have just been published!
Please familiarize with the endnote. Note that certain contestants were downgraded/upgraded after our evaluation. That was mostly related to the content of of the comments (trades' reasoning. Clause #4 of the recommendations ). Also, now you may see the additional bonus points attributed to the selected traders after the Dukascopy evaluation. Those are presented in form of red postcripts in the "Dukascopy" column.
P.S. Remember that the quality of your trading comments may affect your final Dukascopy evaluation.
