"The New Zealand Dollar didn't move far Wednesday on the release of slightly weaker producer price data."
— David Cottle, Daily FX
Pair's outlook
After fluctuating mildly during Tuesday's trading session the New Zealand Dollar remained unchanged by the end of the day against the US Dollar. However, the interesting fact is that after 36 hours the pair has still not actually moved. Although, the Kiwi did made an attempt to surge and failed, as it met the combined resistance of the 20-day SMA at 0.6915 and the monthly PP, which is located at 0.6925. It is highly likely that the pair will not move until the 20-day SMA pushes it through the support of the weekly PP at 0.6877.
Traders' sentiment
Traders remain 55% bullish in regard to the pair. Moreover, 66% of SWFX trader set up orders are to buy the Kiwi in favor to the Greenback.
