Cisco reported a strong Q1 FY 2026, with revenue of $14.9 billion, up 8% year-over-year, and non-GAAP EPS of $1.00, up 10% year-over-year, both above guidance. Product revenue grew 10% while services increased 2%, and product orders rose 13%, including $1.3 billion in AI infrastructure orders from hyperscalers. Networking led technology growth with a 15% increase, while Security and Collaboration saw slight declines. Geographically, the Americas grew 9%, and EMEA and APJC each grew 5%. Remaining performance obligations reached $42.9 billion, deferred revenue was $28.0 billion, and operating cash flow totaled $3.2 billion. Cisco returned $3.6 billion to shareholders through buybacks and dividends and completed the acquisition of Aura Asset Intelligence.



For Q2 FY 2026, the company expects revenue of $15.0–15.2 billion and non-GAAP EPS of $1.01–$1.03, with full-year FY 2026 guidance of $60.2–61.0 billion in revenue and $4.08–4.14 in non-GAAP EPS, reflecting continued strong demand for networking and AI infrastructure, accelerated next-generation product ramps, and solid operating leverage.
